To this session you can bring all your thoughts, worries and concerns about the person you care for and how their situation or distress affects you. With EFT/tapping we calm your body and mind in order to find new perspectives, strength, patience or whichever energy you need most. In addition, after just this one session, you know the basics of EFT and you can then use it together with your relative, to calm and soothe their mind and body too. You will have a tool for both yourself and your relative. Welcome!
