This is for both women and men, depending on what you are experiencing or have experienced before, during and after delivery.

This session is for you. Using gentle EFT Tapping, we explore the thoughts, feelings, emotions and pain you may experience.
All issues and queries are welcome to this space, where we use curiosity and openness (rather than judging) to clear what is no longer serving neither you nor the baby.
Taking care of yourself before and after the child is born is also taking care of the child, since your health affects the baby (even before delivery).
