If you have experienced trauma (physical or emotional) or if you experience PTSD (not matter its cause) - this session is for you.
We will use very gentle EFT Tapping techniques so that there is no risk of retraumatization.
There are also silent techniques in EFT so that you get the chance to process and release, without words. The aim is that you get a new, calmer relationship to your experiences and that your are no longer triggered by the memory.
By the end of the session you will also know how to use EFT Tapping to calm yourself whenever in (di)stress.
