If you have experienced something that you find too distressing, painful, shameful or traumatic to talk about, this session is a way of processing and releasing the distress without having to talk about what has happened.
You can, if you want to, have your camera and mic turned off and just communicate with me in the chat.
You will be guided through the session by my words, but you don't have to speak. (Of course you are allowed to speak, but you don't have to.)
If you are new to EFT Tapping, the session starts with an introduction where I show the tapping points.
During this session we focus on your bodily sensations - words are redundant, sensations are enough and inner peace is the goal.
