In this Discovery Session I will share with you the basic principles & some breathing techniques which are very accessible and safe.
No experience is needed. I take a very simple, research-based approach that is effective for everyone.
Who am I:
I was a middle school language teacher for 20 years. Since 2019 I am a Certified Yoga Teacher and continued learning to also become a Certified Breathing Coach, a Certified Restorative Yoga Teacher and a Certified Flexibility Coach.
I am thrilled to share breathing techniques as tools for self-care and the benefits of breath regulation for physical & mental wellbeing!
