This is a free 45-minute video call to see if we are a good fit together. A hired doula is a support person. As a trained doula we will be in contact during your pregnancy and meet together before birth to work with your birth wishes. During labor, I will provide comfort measures including, massage, birthing positions, positive coaching, and advocacy. Postpartum we will meet to discuss any areas of support such as lactation, sleep schedules, care for the baby, and yourself as a new parent.
