This session is focused on relieving tension in muscle tissue as well as mobility in joints. Passive stretching helps keep the body flexible and supple while focusing on the sen lines helps clear energy stagnation. Sessions will include muscle compressions where I will use my body weight to offer pressure and may use several parts of my body such as hands/palms, thumbs, knuckles, elbows, fists, and knees. This allows me to work in the best direction, with the best pressure and using the optimal surface area so that we can manipulate tissues as necessary, without creating unnecessary pain.
