Boka Massage + Strength Training(60 minutes) - Movement 2 Performance @ Levels Health Club, Gröndal - Bokadirekt

In this active treatment session we utilize the benefits of massage to improve our range of motion leading into strength training. A 30 minute massage prior to training can help prepare the tissues and nervous system to improve our movement patterns. The active treatment will be catered to your goals and needs. It’s recommended to wear training shorts and t-shirt for easy transition between the massage and the exercise segment of the session.
