It will be a gentle class from the first series of Ashtanga yoga - a healing practice that makes you strong and calm.
Our instructor, Emilie Röhl, will guide you through some deep breathing (pranayama) and show you different ways to do the yoga poses (asanas). At the end, we'll have a super relaxing 10-minute guided rest (yoga nidra). Everyone can participate, both experienced yogis and beginners.

We open at 10:00. Please come a bit early so you can roll out your mat and settle in before the class begins. If you don't have your own mat, there are some available to borrow in the studio.
