No. 1. There appears to be a complete disconmnect between the booking system and the operation. There was no record of my booking when I arrived at the workshop.
No.2 What was shown as 20 mins on the booking system took over 1 hour
No 3. The SEK 500 I paid via the webpage was not not recognised by the workshop (it was shown as 'reserved' on my MasterCard App). I then had to re-pay via Swish another SEK500. They will NOT refund me the SEK 500 since the credit card amount has moved from "reserved" to "debited"
No. 4 - they simply refuse to respond to my requests for a refund. I will take the matter to my credit card issuer and will, hopefully, result in a black mark for them as an operator.
