Right in the centre of Gothenburg you find this calm and cozy studio for those of you who want to immerse yourself in ASHTANGA YOGA, YIN YOGA, BREATH WORK, CHANTING, PILATES and more. With focus on small groups and private sessions everyone is welcome. You can choose from traditional Mysore Style, guided classes and courses in Ashtanga, Yin and Pilates also interesting Workshops and Urban Retreats. Private Session can be booked if you may be pregnant, postpartum, have injuries or just want to be guided individually. Please email and we will find a day and time that works for you. Everything you need for your practice is available to borrow in the studio, such as mats and props and there is a shower and towels to use after class. There is also a kettle and a sitting area attached to the studio. It is also possible to book classes at your workplace for more information and prices please do not hesitate to contact me. You are guided by highly trained teacher with more than 25 years of teaching experience internationally. You can choose to receive instructions in Swedish, English or Portuguese. If you want to book classes, workshops and urban retreats you can book and pay online. If you have questions, don't hesitate to email sara.stangertz@gmail.com.
