My name is Ulrika Rosander, and I am a body therapist specializing in flow, circulation, and relaxation. I have extensive experience in body treatments focusing on the body and soul from a spiritual holistic perspective. I work with: Lymphatic massage and Fascia treatments, Yoga massage, Classic muscle massage, and Healing. I am a certified Intuition Educator, Yoga teacher, and certified Ho'oponopono Practitioner, a shamanic healing/problem-solving technique, as well as having a keen interest in and training in various forms of energy healing. The process or treatment we embark on is individual, and we proceed based on the needs that arise. On the physical level, it involves clearing the body of toxins and excess fluid by activating the lymphatic system and releasing connective tissue and fascia. It's about reminding the body to let go and reach deep relaxation. When everything flows and circulates, you feel less swollen and heavy in the body and more filled with energy, zest for life, and strength. After several years in the well-being area I have now started the holistic clinic VitaNova Kliniken in Lidingö, Stockholm. A space for holistic, innovative healing.
